DIY thursday...

It has been one busy day especially with the shop, two sick kids and the flu so I am afraid this is all I could manage today.

Sneak peak DIY for today is a work in progress, it has started like this...

A vintage purple leather jacket that needed revamping and a vintage purple boiled wool cardigan, both great quality items that needed a little TLC. I have decided to combine them - not quite finished yet so will finish posting next week.

Monday morning. I'm feeling pretty good and had a great weekend...hope you did too?

It was my little M's 4th Birthday so most of the weekend was spent with my girls. I had specific instructions from little M on how she wanted her cake decorated! We baked cupcakes and cakes, made a huge mess and had a lot of FUN!

I'm not really a Royal fan but it's a little exciting watching all the hype going into Will and Kate's wedding. It got me thinking of all the quirky fashion and music that comes out of the UK. I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter break and spent lots of time with family and friends!...we tried a few crafty activities and went for a picnic by the lake, had great fun and a relaxing weekend - post photo's later.
